This is the current coverage area for both Neighbourhood Watch and also a No Cold Calling Zone Neighbourhood Watch and No Cold Calling Zone signs will be displayed at Pear Tree Roundabout and on the closest lampost to Cavalier Close Stickers for Neighbourhood Watch and No Cold Calling hav been ordered and will be distributed to residents once they have been receieved from the area NHW Team. |

WHAT KIND OF NEIGHBOURHOOD DO YOU WANT TO LIVE IN?
Neighbourhood Watch is about local people working together to create safe, attractive, friendly places to live, places where crime is less likely to happen and people are less likely to turn to antisocial behaviour. It’s about you looking out for your neighbours and them looking out for you, crossing barriers of age, race and class for everyone’s good. It’s about making sure that no one need feel alone, scared or vulnerable in the place where they live.
Each one of us can make a difference, just by noticing suspicious activity and reporting it. Keep a special eye out for the frail, the elderly, the vulnerable and the children. Neighbourhood Watch is not just about crime prevention..... it can also be about eduation on how to prevent crime, tackling loneliness and social isolation, fostering community spirit and many other things as well.
I am hoping that our area will truly become a community where each person can feel safe and that if they have concerns or issues or need help then they have someone they can contact. These web pages will contain helpful information, emergency contact numbers and updates on our area and things we need to be aware of.
